National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (NUPSPA) is an institution of higher education that was founded in 1991 as a guvernance school. As a key actor in the Romanian academia, the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration (NSPSPA) contributes to the europeanization of the Romanian society, through research, knowledge transfer, and academic programs focusing on EU communication, governance, and EU affairs.
